Auberge du Vieux Moulin in St.Émélie-de-l'Énergie in Lanaudière region exist since 1995 and it is 1 hour 15 minutes from Montréal and 2 hours from Québec city. This luxuous logs houses are full equipped and designed to provide your comfort warmth and quiet atmosphere, beach, canoes, kayak, exterior heated pool, snowmobiling, cross country skiing, snowshoes and more. Comfort like a best lodge and quietness around lake in real forest.

The said chalet include 4 bedrooms, 2 of these rooms have queen size bed and shared bathroom with jaccuzi and shower. The third and the fourth rooms have two doubles beds and they have a private bathroom.
The chalet has 3 bathrooms but the linens are not include. It has a fully-equipped kitchen, including a dishwasher. The living room has a television with a Star choice decoder television and a gaz fireplace.
In the summer there is a terrace equiped with a patio set with 6 chairs, 2 lounge chairs and a gas B.B.Q (Gas not included). Outside fireplace is available in the summer
The chalet furnishes the bed linens and the kitchen has pots and pans, dishes and cutlery, however, we do not supply dishcloths, dishtowels, facecloths, towels or any cleaniong supplies. Animals are not allowed and when you check out the fridge must be left empty. |

FROM MONTRÉAL OR QUÉBEC CITY:
Take highway 40 East, from Montréal, or highway 40 West from Québec city.
Exit 122 to Joliette, it is the highway 31 North.
To the end of 31 North, turn right, you take the road 131 north to St.Félix-de-Valois and St.Michel-des-Saints.
You will pass by the village of St.Félix-de-Valois and St.Jean-de-Matha.
In the village of St.Émélie-de-L'Énergie, just after the church, you have a YELLOW flasher, turn right, direction to St.Michel-des-Saints. It is the 131 North.
Drive 6,9 miles and you will see, on your left side, the Auberge du Vieux Moulin.

This letter is to confirm the rental of a chalet, located at XXX, chemin du Vieux Moulin, Sainte-Émélie-de-l'Énergie, Québec, from January XX, 2005 at 2:00 pm to January XX, 2005 at 12:00 noon. The rental cost for this period is XXX,XX$ CDN, plus taxes (total taxes are XXX.XX$). For this rental period the number of persons is limited to XX adults and XX childrens or teenagers.
The rental conditions are the following:
To confirm the rental of the chalet a deposit of 30 % is required. The balance must be paid at check-in time which is 15:00 and check-out is at 12:00 (noon). Any damage to the furniture or the chalet caused by improper use will be at the expense of the tenant.
The chalet will be clean when you check in and we expect it to be clean when you leave. If it is not clean, we will send you the bill for the cleaning.
It is understood that the tenant, as well as the other paid occupants of the chalet have permission to use the equipment and the exterior sporting facilities of the Auberge du Moulin. As far as visitors are concerned, there will be an additionnal charge of $40,00 per person per night for sleeping and the use of the sporting facilities.

Cancellation policies:
More than 90 days before the check-in date, 15 % of the amount of the contract is withheld for administration cost. Less than 90 days before the check- in, deposit is not refundable.
No credit will be given on late arrival or early departure.
