If during your stay at a cottage, you notice any failure to meet these standards, we encourage you to notify us. Corrective measures will be taken with the owner concerned.

All businesses advertising on this Website are committed to offering a good-quality product and courteous service. Owners are also are committed to ensuring someone is on-site at the time of guests’ arrival and departure, within the following hours:
- arrival up to 8:00 p.m.

The following services and amenities are offered and available in minimal quantities in each cottage:

In addition, establishments are committed to making appliances available at all times that are safe and in good working order.

Establishments are also committed to maintaining peace and quiet at their property; consequently a curfew is imposed from 11:00 p.m.

A welcome leaflet (bilingual in 2005) is available in all cottages, listing the services offered in the cottage as well as activities on the site. This may be presented in the form of a folder that also includes the regulations of the cottage and activities available in the local area.

When a cottage is advertised as being close to water, the distance in metres is always indicated.
